Spiral Oil

Spiral Oils are blend of highly refined paraffinic base oils of high viscosity index and carefully selected additives to provide excellent lubrication requirement of industrial turbines and associated equipment.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

Spiral Oils extend wide range of application to turbine and its associated equipment, such as air-compressors, bath and circulating system supplying bearings of all types, high speed gears, pumps, electric motors and hydraulic equipment. The use of a single lubricant for the system will frequently result in reduced oil inventories and simplification of lubricant application.

Spiral Oils fully confirm with International Standards and OEM Specification such as BSS-483 DIN-51515, and GE GEK-32568-A.

CONSUMER BENEFITS

  • Outstanding Thermal and oxidation stability.
  • Excellent rust & corrosion protection.
  • Good demulsibility.
  • Good hydrolytic stability
  • Low foaming tendency
  • Metal passivated
  • Low copper activity
  • Good viscosity retention.

Spiral Oils are available in several ISO Viscosity Grades and Selection for each application depends on such factors as load, speed, temperature and operating conditions.
